With arms relaxed by your sides, measure the circumfernce of your shoulders from point to point |  |
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, It is best to wear a bra style that you will wear with your dress. Ensure that the measuring tape is comfortable and not too tight. The bust measurement is not the same as your bra size. |

Similar to your bust measurement, measure around the top part of your bust. |  |
Similar to measuring above your bust, measure around your torso directly under your bust line. |

From the top point of your shoulder measure down to your bust (Nipple) |  |
Measure the distance between your bust points, (nipple to nipple) |

Measure around your waist, This is usually about 1 to 2 inches above your belly button at the most narrowest point. The measuring tape should be comfortable, and not too tight. Do not take the waist measurement over clothing. |  |
