Without fittings we can not guarantee you will not need a few alterations.
We suggest searching for a tailor that is local to you.
We rely on your accurate measurements and instructions. We recommend that someone assists you in taking your measurements. Here are some easy tips to help guide you:
Ask a friend to help you
Wear the bra that you plan to wear with the dress
Measure your length without wearing heels
Always put your index finger (pointer finger) between the body part being measured and the measuring tape

How long does it usually take to make a dress? What if I require it urgently?
It usually takes 3-8 weeks depending on the quantity ordered and complexity of design. For urgent requests, please specify urgent and date required on your quote request. Additional charges will apply for express deliveries.
How would I know the material/ fabric I chose is of quality?
Please advise us of your chosen material/fabric in your quote request, however if such material is not available we will notify you of this before giving you the quote.

The reasons for our competitive price is because we are an online service provider, there are no fittings and no outlet overhead costs; therefore we rely on your accurate measurements and instructions.
How would I know if the dress suits me if I don’t get a chance to try it on?
Before submitting an order it is important that you are comfortable that the chosen style/design suits your body type. We suggest that you try on similar style dresses before submitting an order to purchase. There will be occasions where you would like to combine designs from a few different dresses, this is fine! We will endeavour to work with you to create that perfect dress. However, please note, as we rely on your accurate measurements and instructions, we will not be responsible for poorly made decisions, therefore please choose your dress and consider your modifications carefully to ensure it will suit your body type.
