DBL Launch Event - QVB The Tea Room

A fantastic successful and momentous night!

My dream came true on Thursday 18 February 2010

I would like to take this moment to tell a story about how this business idea came about.

Like many of you ladies. You dream of one day getting married and buying that dream dress right? Well 5 yrs ago I was engaged and wanted to look for that special dream dress but with out that hefty price tag that normally comes with bridal gowns. I went overseas to explore and found a customized tailor who could make my dream dress for a fraction of the price. The dress that I got made was a designed by Vera Wang. Unfortunately my dream wedding was only but a dream and that special dress I never got to wear. To turn this negative into a positive I wanted to make every lady out there to feel the way I felt even for if its for a brief moment. That’s how DBL is created. Providing an online customized bridal and formal wear service at an affordable price that all of you women can have.

The fashion show that you all gazed into to the night is a range of designer collections from DBL to give you an idea of what style you would like. Also letting you view the quality and uniqueness of each dress covering from simplicity to elegance, grace and couture.

Dear Lyn, Thank you for giving us the opportunity to view the DBL Collection. It was a unique event to attend in a beautiful location 'The Tea Room - QVB'. We enjoyed being able to view the dresses you created in person. It is quite rare for my fiance and I to have the chance to view a runway collection. We liked the idea very much and we hope that you will be able to make this a permanent fixture of your business each year. =) Thank you also for bringing together the additional contacts such as the floral and hair and make-up suppliers that were available on the night. It has saved us time in researching for these suppliers and working with them has been a pleasure. We look forward to seeing more of your work in the future. All the best,
